We are an in-network provider for most insurance carriers. As a courtesy, we will fill all claims with your insurance company. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company. We are happy to review your insurance benefits with you to help you understand what they cover. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan prior to your appointment.
