Porcelain Veneers
Porcelain veneers are facings placed on the front of your own teeth. Veneers are good for correcting minor tooth mal-position without braces, closing spaces, and masking staining and cracks on teeth. They are permanently bonded to your actual teeth and the porcelain used in the veneers is shade matched to your teeth so a natural looking result is achieved.
Tooth Colored Fillings
Dental technology has come a long way. We can use advanced techniques in dental bonding to mimic your natural dentition with tooth colored fillings. These fillings are more durable than in the past and are an excellent treatment option for restoring teeth back to good health. These fillings also allow your dentist to be more conservative with your tooth structure when preparing the tooth to be filled. Your dentist will evaluate your individual situation and determine if a tooth colored filling will provide the proper cosmetic and functional need or if the stronger porcelain restorations are needed.
Tooth Whitening
We understand the desire to have white teeth and we are here to help our patients achieve that goal. Through fabrication of custom fit whitening trays we are able to get you to that whiter shade you so desire! It all starts with a few quick impressions, a day or two later you return to our office and we fit the trays and show you how to use the prescription strength whitening gel. Most people achieve their desired shade in 7 to 10 days of whitening. Having the whitening trays means you can stop and start whitening whenever you desire to have a brighter smile. Some restrictions do apply as white fillings and porcelain restorations do not whiten. Your dentist will discuss your whitening options with you on an individual basis for this reason.
